FAQs

  • Absolutely. When conflicts are transformed into understanding, teams innovate faster, partnerships strengthen, and opportunities multiply. Peace isn't just an ideal - it's a catalyst for unprecedented prosperity.

  • Coaching is a powerful way to explore one’s personal beliefs and values and how they shape your experience of life and behaviors - particularly in the context of how you lead your organization. It’s a non-judgemental, open, collaborative conversation taking place in a confidential space. It is client-led - this means that it focuses on the client’s own beliefs, challenges, outcomes and goals.

Conflict mediation (based in the nonviolent communication aka NVC methodology) creates a safe space for open dialogue, fostering understanding and empathy in the workplace. By addressing the underlying needs of all parties, this approach leads to stronger relationships, greater peace, and ultimately, enhanced prosperity within your business environment.

  • Conflict coaching empowers you to navigate high-pressure environments with clarity and confidence by transforming challenges into growth opportunities. By fostering empathy and improving communication, it helps you lead with greater peace and effectiveness, ultimately enhancing both your leadership skills and your organization's success.

  • Conflict resolution, aka a mediation process, typically involved two parties with differing opinions, perspectives, desired outcomes etc. that are creating friction. Mediation ensures that both sides have a chance to be heard, feel understood and reach collaborative solutions in which both parties needs are met.

The typical process looks like one or more solo sessions for each party with me, your mediator, to prepare for the triad mediation session. When each party is ready to sit down together, we organize a minimum of two 2-hour mediation sessions with the aim of reaching an agreement. The mediation process can be extended to ensure that the needs of all sides are addressed. I offer support post-mediation to debrief each party, as desired.

  • You need conflict coaching or resolution services when tensions begin to impact your business or relationships. However, it's even better to address potential conflicts before they escalate. Preemptive action can prevent costly disruptions and help maintain harmony. Whether dealing with leadership disputes, partnership tensions, or communication struggles, early intervention turns challenges into growth opportunities. Investing in these services ensures a prosperous and peaceful work environment.

  • Absolutely! All of my work - from coaching to mediation - is 100% confidential. This is crucial to maintain a sense of trust and foster openness. Both conflict coaching and mediation are vulnerable processes and it's my job to create safety to open up to new avenues for resolution.

  • I work with all types of businesses and my neutral perspective can be particularly beneficial in resolving conflicts. Without preconceived notions about your industry, I bring fresh insights and an unbiased approach, focusing solely on the needs and dynamics at play. This allows me to facilitate more effective and collaborative resolutions, ultimately fostering stronger relationships and better outcomes for your business, no matter the field.

  • My approach to conflict resolution is rooted in Nonviolent Communication, which emphasizes empathy, understanding, and the underlying needs of everyone involved. Unlike traditional methods that often focus on compromise or quick fixes, I guide you to deeper, more meaningful resolutions.

This approach not only resolves the immediate conflict but also strengthens relationships, fosters mutual respect, and creates lasting harmony within your team or organization.

  • I am a certified NVC conflict mediator and an Animas Qualified Coach with an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre For Coaching. Additionally, I am certified by Global Sisterhood as a Women’s Circles facilitator.

I too am an entrepreneur & business partner so I know firsthand what the pressures of founding and leading an organization feel like. I am also acutely aware of how challenging a business breakup can be (I am so grateful 🙏 to remain friends with my former business partner after much conscientious work on our relationship!). I co-founded Chimes Agency, a European-based artist management and music consulting agency; Balance It Out, a record label for the modern music industry where I am (still) the Creative Director; and am amongst the founding board members of EMMA, the European Music Managers Alliance.
